Welcome to The Coastal Resort and its quietly unique blend of people, lifestyle, forest and sea.

Climate is Mediterranean, similar to Sydney's, with long, balmy semi tropical summers and warm cosy winters creating images such as jigsaw puzzles around an open fire, picnics by the river, good food and local wine!

Beaches, Lakes and Bays abound with 35 klms of beaches to choose from. Mollymook is best known for its sweeping white sandy beach and family-friendly facilities. Mollymook Bay abounds with sealife and is home to the famous surfing Bottlenose Dolphins with frequent whale sightings during migration season.

Ulladulla is a major commercial centre offering a full retail mix and its quaint harbour a working fishing port supporting a $20 million fishing industry. It hosts a very colourful Blessing of the Fleet Festival at Easter each year with its traditional religious parade, floats and fireworks.

Activities include a climb for the more adventurous to the top of Pigeon House Mountain or The Castle. A drive to Boyd Lookout or Shallow Crossing enters the gateway to our hinterland of mountains, lakes, rivers and waterfalls ! Even a walk at low tide across a sandy isthmus to Green Island provides wonderful views back into the mountains. Kangaroos on Pebbly Beach, Bright Red Parrots, Ostriches, Lyre Birds, a Cruise on Burrill Lake, Wildflower Farming, Bush Tucker and Koori Indigenous Culture provide an alliance of colour and interest.
