The full accommodation fee is payable on arrival and, should you leave early, will be refunded if the room is relet.

The balance of package deals is to be paid on arrival and will not be refunded if you check out early.

All other charges incurred (eg. restaurant, breakfast, phone etc) are to be paid on departure.

Rooms are to be vacated by 10am and unless prior arrangements are made, an additional fee may be charged.

All late departure requests are subject to availability.

CANCELLATIONS -Always advise as soon as possible. Our policy is :
Peak Season - Four weeks or more notice: full refund less a $10 cancellation fee. Within 4 weeks - at management discretion
Low & High Season - Seven days or more notice: full refund less a $10 cancellation fee. Within 7 days: one days tariff
