Its tranquil location makes it an ideal place to get away from the stress of a busy life. The farm is two hours from Canberra, four from Sydney and only 10 minutes from the rural south coast town of Moruya. The three self-catered, top quality, brick cottages are pet friendly. Each has two bedrooms, kitchen lounge/dining room, bathroom, and laundry/toilet and can comfortably accommodate six. They are ideal for families, couples or two couples to share. Clustered together, they are also perfect for family reunions or for friends to get together. Guests enjoy bushwalking on the property, relaxing, bird watching or swimming and fishing in the river, which is also suitable for canoeing/kayaking. With safe horse yards and extensive trails, it is excellent for a holiday with your horse.Cycling is also popular on scenic tracks on and around the property. The river beach is a very welcoming place to picnic and play.Make friends with native birds, wombats and kangaroos or domestic farm animals, ducks, chooks and horses, read a book, enjoy a stroll with a picnic or just take it easy and do nothing. You won’t want to leave. Take a short drive to one of the many ocean beaches for surfing, diving and fishing. Explore the many fine arts and craft centres nearby or sample some of the area’s unique restaurants and coffee shops as you travel the scenic and historic drives of the South Coast. Spend some time at the nearby Mogo Zoo and investigate the many other activities the area has to offer.Golfers are well catered for at the local Moruya club or any number of outstanding courses within easy distance. The close proximity of the beckoning mountains presents an ideal opportunity for more extensive bushwalking, and entice the 4WD enthusiast to explore their rugged beauty. Overnight and weekend bookings are available throughout the year other than school holidays. During school holidays, bookings are available from Saturday to Saturday.
