There are several acres of land planted with the flowers and in season their blooms are a glorious canopy of colour and variety. The best time for seeing the flowers in bloom are in Autumn to early winter for the proteas and late Winter to Spring for the Australian wildflowers. The attractive farmlands and the quiet peace of this rural retreat can be enjoyed throughout the year.
