... for total relaxation in a tranquil rural setting, close to the very best South Coast beaches, lakes and forests.
MIMOSA HILL is a wildflower and protea farm only minutes from secluded sparkling beaches, magnificent forests and lakes. Carefully sited around the farm are our four new, self contained cottages, each adjoining its own dam. This unusual style of accommodation offers the seclusion of the countryside, with modern comforts and convenient access to the unspoiled natural spendour of a special part of the South Coast.

Mimosa Hill is located on the Bawley Point Road which turns off the Princes Highway at Termeil, about 20 minutes' drive south of Ulladulla. The Bawley Point - Termeil district is one of the least known on the South Coast but contains a rich variety of natural and cultural assets now being discovered by the discerning visitor.
the Beaches in the district (Merroo, Bawley Point, Racecourse, Kioloa, Merry Beach and many others) are the equal of any in the State with the added advantage that they have not yet been discovered by the Tourism industry or by the developers. These are beaches where you can leave the only footprints in the sand; where the surf rolling in from the Pacific can provide an atmosphere of solitude yet harmony with nature that is uncommon in todays crowded environments;
the wilderness magic of the Upper Clyde and the adjoining National Parks offer more to the visitor than the traditional summer beach holiday. Bushwalking and trekking in all our seasons is an extremely rich activity. Murramarang and Meroo National Parks protect Durras Mountain the coastal lakes and the rich spotted gum forests along the coastal strip. The Upper Clyde River region contains the crystal clear waters of the Clyde River (Bhundoo) where it collects its waters from the rugged splendour of its mountainous sources in the Morton and Budawang National Parks. The magnificent monoliths and landforms of Pigeon House Mountain, The Castle, Byangee Walls and Monolith Valley provide unique rewards for the serious bushwalker and camper. Overall, the largest part of the Clyde Coast and hinterland is protectyed by National Parks and State Forests.

the artists of the district provide another enriching dimension to a visit to the area. An art trail of "Artists of the Bawley Point Region" can be viewed here. This card can be obtained from local Visitors Centres or from the accommodation and tourist establishments in the district.
