Linen supplied Fully equipped kitchens Pool and Spa For babies and toddlers, a portable cot and highchair can be provided at no extra cost. Gourmet Continental breakfast hamper can be ordered at the cost of $25.00 per couple per night. Additional guests - $10.00 per person per night. Breakfasts need to be ordered at time of booking. Christmas School Holidays – Minimum 3 night stay during this period. Minimum 7 day booking for the Christmas – New Year period. Arrival 3pm; Departure prior to 11am (or by prior arrangement) Bookings are confirmed with a deposit of 50% of total cost or with payment in full. Deposits can be made by cheque, money order or direct deposit. Balance to be paid on arrival. Deposits are not refundable when cancellation is made within a period of one month from booking but if possible we will transfer your booking to another time. In circumstances where another booking is made for the dates in question deposits will be returned. Deposits for the Christmas holiday period will not be refundable within a period of three months unless a similar booking is received. No smoking inside cottages. No pets allowed. |
