The Beach House itself is situated in an unbelievably fantastic position opposite famous Mollymook Beach and the lush green of the Beachside Golf Course. You won't believe the views. Beach culture centres around the sweeping, white sandy beach. The famous bottle nosed dolphins of Mollymook often surf in our bay which abounds with sea life and is the breeding ground for the pod. Even occasional whales are sighted during migration seasons. Mollymook Beach is patrolled in summer and is wonderful all year round.

Where to find Beach House Follow the Princes Highway, north from Melbourne or south from Sydney or north via the Kings Highway from Canberra, to Ulladulla. Turn east off the highway just north of Ulladulla harbour into Golf Ave. Follow the golf course to the beach and you'll be at your Beach House, 3 Golf Avenue, Mollymook.
